-Could you define in greater depth what a "Cid" is in the lead, aka what it does/means in the series context?

-"characters like Cindy represented the rougher edges of a title that went through a troubled development." How so?

Fixed with a small rewrite, should hopefully be clearer.

-I feel the use of "titillate" may be confusing due to its status as a more niche word. I'd change it, though you can leave it if you feel it best.

Put quotes around titillate as it's an exact quote, and tried to make clearer.

-Overall looks fine. I've made some touch-ups for minor fixes such as typos and such in places.
