Esta é uma lista de Membros do Parlamento (MPs) eleitos para o terceiro parlamento no reinado do Rei Carlos I em 1628 .
O terceiro parlamento começou em 16 de março de 1628 e foi realizado em 26 de junho de 1628. A segunda sessão deste parlamento começou em Westminster em 20 de janeiro de 1629 e foi realizada em 2 de março de 1629, quando foi adiada para 10 de março e então dissolvida. Após a dissolução deste parlamento, Carlos exerceu onze anos de governo pessoal sem parlamento até abril de 1640, quando o Parlamento curto foi convocado.

Em 1628, os distritos de Milborne Port e Weobley foram re-emancipados depois que o Comitê de Privilégios investigou abusos em que o direito dos bairros de devolver burgueses havia caído em desuso.
