Abu Bakr Lawik - Abu Bakr Lawik

Abu Bakr Lawik era um governante de Ghazna (no Afeganistão moderno ) da dinastia Lawik . Ele provavelmente era um vassalo do Império Samanid . Em 962, o comandante escravo turco Alp-Tegin capturou Ghazna após sitiar a Cidadela de Ghazni por quatro meses. No entanto, alguns anos depois, Lawik conseguiu reconquistar a cidade de Abu Ishaq Ibrahim , filho e sucessor de Alp-Tegin. Isso não duraria muito; Abu Ishaq Ibrahim logo retornou à cidade com a ajuda de Samanid e assumiu o controle da cidade novamente. Abu Bakr Lawik não é mais mencionado; ele morreu antes de 977, ano em que o controle de Ghaznavid foi estabelecido em Ghazna.
